Being part of TMF has enabled me to serve the community and develop my skills as a leader. I was first involved through volunteering with “Ruck for a Cause” in December of 2022, a collaboration between TMF and Operation Homefront organized by local area representative, Michael Battaglino, to ruck several bags of toys to a local children’s shelter; of note, the ruck was also in memory of SGM James Sartor. Since then, I’ve participated in the Manion WOD, Extortion17 ruck/run, 9/11 Heroes Run, and various TMF events in the community.
