Being part of the Travis Manion Foundation community has given me another reason to push myself and to believe in better ways to live. It has helped me navigate the path of personal growth and continuous improvement, reminding me to keep challenging myself and striving to become a better version of who I am. I first became involved through the annual rucks, which gave me an opportunity to connect with the Foundation and its community in a meaningful way.

In the years ahead, my hope for veterans and families of the fallen is that they find peace, learn to forgive themselves, and remember to take care of themselves along the way. I hope they are able to enjoy the rest of their lives and truly see themselves for who they are—the human heroes they have always been. For future generations, I hope they carry that same sense of purpose, compassion, and appreciation for the sacrifices of others.
